ماندگاری کلّی رنگ (فارغ از نوع تکنیک بلیچینگ):

بستگی دارد به رژیم غذایی شما، میزان بهداشت و استفاده از مسواک و نخ دندان اقلا ۲ بار در شبانه روز، مصرف دخانیات، و میزان مصرف مواد رنگی بویژه زردچوبه و چایی در برنامه ی غذایی. زردچوبه مهمترین عامل در زردکردن رنگ دندانها در رژیم غذایی است. و از نظر ماندگاری نتایج بلیچینگ، مصرف آن باید به حداقل برسد. برای افزایش ماندگاری رنگ، پس از میل کردن چایی، دهان خود را بلافاصله با آب بشویید.

tip:طبق مطالعات مختلف علمی، نوشیدن قهوه تاثیری در تغییر رنگ دندان ندارد.

tip: ماندگاری بلیچینگ با لیزر، بین یک سال تا ۴ سال می باشد. که به عوامل تغذیه، بهداشت دهان، دخانیات، ریفلاکس اسیدی و مشکلات معده وابسته است.
پس از این مدت، بلیچینگ قابل تکرار می باشد.

tip: در بلیچینگ با لیزر، دندان شما تراش نمیخورد، تزریق‌بیحسی صورت نمیگیرد، و فقط یک جلسه نیاز است.
