بیمار خانم جوانی با مشکل التهاب و خونریزی از لثه و ژنژیویت مقاوم به درمان، با وجـود جرمگیری های قبلی و درمـان SRP تـوسط همکـاران دیگـر، کنترل نشده بود و توسط متخصص پریو به مرکـز تخصصـی لیــزر دندانپزشکی نجم ارجاع گردید.
عملية العلاج : بعد الفحوصات السريرية والإشعاعية ، مع تشخيص The Lateh ، تم إجراء بروتوكول PDT بواسطة العلاج الضوئي.. في هذه الطريقة ، يتم حقن أطباء خاصين من نوع المصور الضوئي في الأخدود اللثة ومع الطول الموجي ، تان وجرعًا وفقًا للبروتوكول ، أو التفضيل البصري PDT في Leth ، فالفوتون هو الإشعاع..
مدة المرض : عدد جلسات العلاج :
11 جلسة كبيرة 6 من الممكن أن يتطلب الأمر تكراره كل ثلاثة أشهر بعد الانتهاء من الدورة التدريبية للصيانة 6 شهريا. بعد جلسات PDT الأولية ، تم التحكم في النزيف والالتهاب واللثة. این روش برای بیمارانی که کاندید جراحی لثه نیستند ولی از مشکلات پریودنتال

Treatment of gingivitis and periodontitis with PDT photodynamic therapy with laser
A young female patient with the problem of inflammation and bleeding from the gums and gingivitis resistant to treatment, was not controlled despite previous calcifications and SRP treatment by other colleagues, and was referred to Najm Dental Laser Specialist Center by a perio specialist.
Treatment process: After clinical and radiographic examinations and with the diagnosis of no need for gum surgery, PDT photodynamic therapy protocol was performed. In this method, a special photosensitizer substance is injected and dripped into the gingival groove and is exposed to photon radiation with a specific wavelength, power and dosimetry according to the protocol, or PDT fiber optics in the gingival groove.
Duration of illness: Number of treatment sessions:
There are 11 sessions in 6 months, which may need to be repeated every three months for maintenance after the 6-month period is over. After the initial sessions of PDT, the bleeding, inflammation and irritation of the gums were controlled.
