The patient with two history of trauma to the upper right central tooth in the last 5 years and previous root canal treatment and mobility grade 2 and intraoral fistula in alignment with the root of the central quadrant 1 tooth and chronic discharge of pus referred to Najm Laser Dentistry Center.
