وستيبولوپلاستی و اتصال الياف عضلانی به قسمتهای اپیکالی تر ریج باقی مانده ( Pre-prosthetic surgeries without stitches and bleeding with laser) بیمار با درخواست جراحی قبل از ساخت دنچر جدید با گیر و ثبات و ساپورت حداکثری ، به مرکز تخصصی لیزر دندانپزشکی نجم مراجعه نمود.
Treatment method :
جهت جراحی وستیبولوپلاستی به منظور قطع الياف عضلانی متصل به کرست استخوان و اتصال آن به نواحی پایین تر، برای افزایش ارتفاع فلنج دنپر آینده و کاهش تداخل حرکات عضلات بالبه ی پروتز و افزایش ثبات دندان مصنوعی متحرک ، از لیزر 980&810 Dual نانومتر استفاده گردید. هیچگونه فلپ ، بخیه، استفاده از تیغ یا خونریزی صورت نگرفت.
healing period :
Initial repair within the first two to three weeks of surgery in the form of white membrane formation – Gray (غشای فيبرينو لکوسیتر) صورت گرفت و ترمیم نهایی مخاط دهان ظرف مدت ۸ تا ۱۰ هفته محقق شد.
