Everyday uses of laser in dentistry including:
The use of high-power lasers in surgeries without stitches and bleeding:
Vestibuloplasty, frenectomy, gingivoplasty, biopsy, removal of irritating lesions and oral soft tissue masses, crown lengthening and gum lift

Depigmentation, bleaching, disinfection of canals
and use of PBMs (Low power lasers) , in the treatment of TMD (Temporomandibular joint problems) Autoimmune lesions such as lichen planus and pemphigus, canker sores, increased osseointegration of implant fixtures, reduction of pain and swelling after surgeries such as gingivitis and GBR, treatment of damage to nerve branches caused by implant and gingival surgery.

Dr. Hossein Borjian decided to establish the first specialized dental laser center in Isfahan province, which pursues 3 main goals:
۱. Treatment of dental patients with the most advanced technology in the world with the least amount of complications and problems related to dental treatment
۲. Training dentists to learn the science and skill of laser dentistry to improve the quality of their medicine
۳. Research and research in the dental laser field and the publication of the resulting articles in the most prestigious international journals of PUBMED and ISI knowledge/science
